01What Xenith is
Xenith is a Roblox execution platform. Access is sold as a time-limited pass — 7, 30 or 90 days — not as a permanent licence and not as a subscription that renews on its own. When your pass expires, access stops until you buy another one.
Xenith has not been publicly released. Everything on this site describes the product as it is being built. Features, timelines and pricing can change before launch.
02Your licence
A pass grants you one personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Xenith for the length of that pass. You may not resell it, share it, sublicense it, or hand your key to anyone else.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, repackage, or redistribute Xenith or any part of it, except where that restriction is void under the law that applies to you.
03Buying through resellers
Xenith is sold through authorised resellers listed on our reseller page. Your payment, invoice and payment-dispute rights sit with the reseller who took your money — their terms govern that transaction alongside these ones.
Buying a key from anywhere not listed on our reseller page is at your own risk. We cannot verify, support, replace or refund a key from an unlisted source, and keys obtained that way may be revoked.
04Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use Xenith and for complying with the terms of any platform you use it on, including Roblox. Using Xenith may violate the Roblox Terms of Use and can result in your Roblox account being moderated, suspended or terminated. That risk is yours and we do not indemnify it.
You may not use Xenith to attack infrastructure, to access accounts that are not yours, to distribute malware, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful where you live.
05Age
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live to buy a pass — 18 in most places. If you are under that age, do not purchase.
06Availability and detection
We work to keep Xenith undetected and running, but no execution platform can guarantee either. Detection status, uptime figures and performance numbers published on this site describe past measurement, not a promise about the future.
We may take Xenith offline without notice to respond to a platform update or a security issue.
07Termination
We may suspend or revoke your access without refund if you breach these terms, share or resell your key, charge back a completed purchase, or abuse our staff or community.
You can stop using Xenith at any time. Ending use does not entitle you to a refund of unused time. Passes are non-refundable; see Purchases & Access.
08No warranty, limited liability
Xenith is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We are not liable for loss of a game account, loss of in-game items, loss of data, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for your current pass.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continuing to use Xenith after that date means you accept the updated terms.
