01Where to buy
Xenith is sold only through the resellers listed on our reseller page. There is no official Xenith store and no checkout on this website — we never take your payment directly.
A key from anywhere not on that list is unverified. We cannot support it, replace it, or confirm it is genuine, and keys obtained that way may be revoked.
02Who you are buying from
Your reseller is the merchant. They take the payment, issue the invoice and own the transaction, under their own terms and their own payment policies. Billing questions go to them first, because they hold the record of your order.
We issue and manage the access itself. Anything about your key, your pass or your account is ours.
03What a pass includes
A pass is time-limited access to the full Xenith platform — 7, 30 or 90 days, depending on what you bought. Every pass includes the same features; the only difference is how long it lasts.
A pass does not auto-renew. When it expires, access stops until you buy another one. Nothing recurring is charged to you.
04Passes are non-refundable
A pass is digital access delivered on purchase. Once the purchase completes it is final — not for a change of mind, not for unused days, not for buying the wrong duration.
This is why Starter exists. Seven days is the whole platform at the lowest price we offer, and it is the intended way to find out whether Xenith suits you before committing to ninety.
Ask us anything before you pay. We would rather answer ten questions than take money from someone who wanted something else.
05Things that do not end a pass
Your Roblox account being moderated, suspended or banned. That risk is stated plainly in the terms and it is yours.
A Roblox update that briefly breaks compatibility while we ship a fix. Short downtime does not void a pass and does not extend it unless we say so.
06Billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same pass, or you paid and no working key was ever issued, that is a failed transaction rather than a refund request. Open a ticket with your reseller and we will make sure it is corrected.
07Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback against a completed purchase revokes the key immediately and blocks the accounts involved from buying Xenith again.
If something has gone wrong, talk to us first. A conversation is faster than a dispute, and we do answer.
08Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page removes a right you hold under the consumer law where you live. Some countries, including much of the EU and the UK, give you a cooling-off period for digital purchases; in those places the right commonly ends once you begin using the content, which for Xenith is the moment your key is redeemed.
Where such a right applies to you and has not been waived, it overrides this page.
