01What this site collects
The public website has no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and does not set visitor cookies. The private administrator area uses an essential session cookie that expires after eight hours or on sign-out. We do not build a profile of you for visiting.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data — your IP address, the page requested, your browser user-agent and a timestamp — to deliver the page and to block attacks. Cloudflare acts as our processor; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for how they handle it.
02What we do not collect here
We do not collect your name, email address, payment card, billing address or Roblox account details through this website. There is no public signup or customer account system on getxenith.cc. The private administrator area stores reseller listings, password verifiers, expiring session records and hashed login-rate-limit identifiers in Cloudflare D1. It does not store the plaintext admin password.
03Purchases
Purchases happen on a reseller's own site, not here. The reseller collects and processes whatever they need to take payment and issue your key, under their privacy policy, as an independent controller. We receive order and key information from them so we can support and verify your access.
04Discord
Our support and community run on Discord. If you join, Discord processes your data under its own privacy policy. What you post in our server is visible to our staff and, depending on the channel, to other members.
05Fonts and assets
Fonts and images are served from our own infrastructure and from cdn.getxenith.cc. This site does not load Google Fonts or any other third-party font host, so no font request leaks your IP to an outside company.
06Retention
Cloudflare's request logs are retained for a short period under their standard retention. Order and key records are kept while your access is active and for as long as we need them to handle disputes and fraud.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us and we will act on it within the period the law requires.
For data held by a reseller or by Discord, contact them directly — we cannot delete records we do not hold.
08Children
Xenith is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
